COLORBOND® steel is a 100% Australian product that has been tested and developed to withstand the harsh and extreme Australian environmental conditions. Manufactured by Bluescope, it uses several finishing levels including a metallic coating, a pre-treatment, a corrosion inhibiting primer, and the baked topcoat finish. COLORBOND® offers the latest selection of colours, all of which have been inspired by the colours of Australia and are categorised under two distinct ranges; the Classic range and the Contemporary range.

GALVABOND® steel is a hot-dipped zinc-coated commercial forming steel with a spangled surface, suitable for a range of guttering products and accessories. Thanks to the thick protective zinc coating of the GALVABOND® steel which prevents rusting thus increasing its durability and lifespan. In fact, as zinc has a much higher resistance to corrosion than iron or steel, if the coating is scratched; the exposed steel can still be protected from rusting by the remaining zinc. GALVABOND® steel is a preferred finished as it is low cost and low maintenance with a long-life span.

ZINCALUME® steel comprises a zinc / aluminium alloy coating which gives a corrosion resistance up to four times that of galvanised steel. Being a durable, lightweight and strong material with superior corrosion resistance makes ZINCALUME® a very economical and versatile material to use for any project. Not only is it attractive with its low lustre silver finish; it is also low maintenance; has resistance to hail; is weather tight; secure and one of the most thermally efficient roofing materials available on the market. ZINCALUME® has withstood the test of time over the last 30 years and evolved to innovative curved roofing and designs with its excellent flexibility in design.

VM Zinc is an innovative product that utilises the material qualities of zinc for a pleasing and unique appearance. It is long-lasting, malleable, flexible, imaginative and prestigious. The range of VM Zinc materials are specifically designed for covering facades for both new construction and renovation.

Stainless Steel provides excellent corrosion resistance especially in salt spray atmospheres or salt water environments, making it a preferred choice for roofs and cladding on coastal locations. Stainless Steel profiles can also be formed to suit your project, be it a commercial kitchen, interior fit out or decorative finishes. Stainless steel comes in several grades including 304 and marine grade 316.

Copper is a soft, malleable and ductile metal with very high thermal and electrical conductivity. A freshly exposed surface of pure copper has a reddish-orange colour which changes to greenish-blue hue over time through oxidation to create a protective copper-oxide layer. Copper is the first metal ever manipulated by humans and has been used for centuries as a functional and decorative finish on building facades as well as roofing, gutters, pipes and flashing. Copper has an attractive and unique finish; it is very durable and low maintenance with natural resistance to salt water corrosion making it ideal for coastal as well as traditional building applications. It is also 100% recyclable and can be retained when changing the roof sheeting.

Corten is a weathering steel, often referred to as COR-TEN steel and sometimes written without the hyphen as Corten steel. It is a group of steel alloys which were developed to eliminate the need for painting, and form a stable rust-like appearance if exposed to the weather for several years.

Aluminium is an economical and corrosion resistant product which is malleable, lightweight and strong so it can be easily shaped to suit a range of different profiles. It naturally has an attractive high lustre silver finish which is usually clear / natural anodised. However, the range of finishes is huge as Aluminium may be powder coated or colour anodised to meet your custom colour palette. Aluminium flashing and trims can be manufactured to tie in seamlessly with buildings aluminium cladding and window finishes.
